VIP POP! / PROTOTYPE
Content & acceptable use
Prototype policy framework · Updated November 2, 2026
Current content
The game currently contains built-in parody characters and dialogue only. User uploads, custom quotes, public sharing and paid character generation are not live. This framework describes boundaries for a possible future private character service.
Planned submission boundaries
- Adults may submit only their own photo, with the necessary image and derivative-use rights. No photos of minors, including submissions by parents, or unauthorized third parties.
- No impersonation, unauthorized public-figure submissions, privacy violations, addresses, phone numbers or other private information in names or quotes.
- No threats, targeted harassment, humiliation, hate, sexual content, exploitation, graphic violence or depictions of injury. Cartoon styling does not excuse harmful use.
- No infringement of image, copyright or other rights, and no attempts to bypass upload checks, payment rules or moderation.
Planned review and private use
Future inputs, generated output, display names, quotes and later edits must be reviewed before becoming usable. Unclear cases would require human review or rejection; visual age estimates do not establish identity, age or ownership. Private avatars would use friendly, non-injury Pop feedback. Public galleries, targeting other people, public character links and face-recognition databases are outside the current plan.
Complaints and appeals
The future complaint process must accept reports from non-account holders without requiring a purchase. Reports should identify the relevant page or character, explain the concern and include only necessary evidence. High-risk content would be restricted pending review. An appeal would not automatically restore disputed material. No moderation backend or response-time commitment exists today. The Contact page explains the current absence of a submission channel.
