The current game

VIP Pop! is a free static game prototype with browser-local scores. There are no accounts, live advertisements, purchases, uploads or paid custom characters. Built-in artwork and dialogue are fictional parody; depicted people are not affiliated with or endorsing the game. Local progress can be lost when browser storage is cleared or unavailable.

Acceptable use

Use the game lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not use it to threaten, harass, impersonate or exploit people, distribute unlawful material, interfere with services or evade safety controls. See the Content policy.

Future services are not an offer for sale

Advertising, accounts and paid private characters are planning items only. No purchase can be made here, and no price, delivery date, generation quality or continued availability is promised. Before any sale, the operator must publish eligibility requirements, the final price and taxes, generation/remake allowance, delivery expectations, cancellation, refund and deletion terms, and a working support channel. Mandatory consumer rights must be respected.

The proposed photo feature is limited to adults submitting their own photo with all necessary rights, for private non-harmful cartoon play. Any future photo license must be limited to delivering that service and separately explained before upload; these prototype terms do not obtain a photo or marketing license. Uploaded images, output, names and quotes would require moderation and may be refused, with complaint and appeal procedures.

Prototype limitations

The prototype may change or contain errors. It has no service-level or score-backup commitment. Nothing in this framework excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Operator identity, operating regions, applicable terms and a monitored contact must be finalized before a commercial release. Contact details are not yet configured.
